Registration Fee includes a Puma uniform kit (one per year), player registration, and all team equipment. Players provide a soccer ball, shin guards and cleats.

If you would like to be a part of Les Bois Soccer Association and volunteer to be a team coach or assistant coach please register today. Coaches Registration
Registration Tips:
- Make sure to complete the entire registration form. Click the FINISH button.
- Make sure to indicate the player's school. Teams are built around a player's neighborhood and school.
- Make sure to indicate the player's correct uniform size. Puma uniforms are true to size.
- If your player would like to be placed on a team with a particular coach or assistant coach, make sure to indicate the coaches' name on the registration form.
- If the player would like to be placed on the same team as a friend, please indicate the friends name on the registration form.
- Age Groups:
- Coed U5/U6 (Born between August 2003 and July 2005)
- Boys or Girls U7/U8 (Born between August 2001 and July 2003)
- Boys or Girls U9/U10 (Born between August 1999 and July 2001)
Medical Release:
IYSA Medical Release Forms should be filled out by each player's parents and handed in to the team coach prior to the first league practice. IYSA Medical Release Form.
