Team applications are now being accepted.  Teams will only be accepted until Brackets/Divisions are full.  All teams also need to be registered with USFF in order to participate.

USFF Team Registration (Coaches, Teams, Players)	All teams also need to be registered with USFF in order to participate in                       the North Central Futsal Regional Championship.  Register.
Age Groups	Boys and Girls, U10 through Adult
Registration Deadline	Application fee must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. MST on                        February 9th to be considered.
Acceptance Deadline	Registered teams will receive acceptance notice on February 11th.
Tournament Check-In	Homecourt, YMCA - 20 Minutes prior to the start of the first                        game.  Teams will need to provide at check-in five (5) copies of the                        USFF team roster, the USFF medical release form for each player                       and proof of birth.
T-shirts	2010 North Central Futsal Regional Championship T-sirts will be                       sold at the tournament site.
